Small update for Weave 3.3v. but a welcome one:

First a small bugfix: 

Pressing SPACE was no longer registering :SHIFT<dir> in the @INPUT object, as was stated to be the case in the demo. 

And the announcement: The Weave Manual, a comprehensive account of Weave's functionality, is now part of the Weave 3 download. Many folks have asked for it, now it's here!
