Updated to Weave 3.0i with greatly improved mouse handling. In Beta for now.

Improvements:

* Mouse movement now correctly matches placement on screen regardless of platform.

New features:

* #Input:LMouseB and #Input:RMouseB are now sent when the Left and Right mouse buttons are pressed (Only when (M)ouse movement is disabled)
