A small addition to Weave, given there were already methods in place for changing board attributes such as the edges and the darkness, this expands on that a little:

Added:
 - ISDARK with values greater than 1 drains torch energy faster.
 - MAXBULLETS can be set to values 0-127, or -1 for unlimited.
 - TIMELIMIT will set the board time limit to a different value.
