Very small bug fix update:
= 1/18/2022: 2.5 rc3
Bugs Fixed:
- DUPLICATE was not correctly adjusting AT <x> <y> for the relative position of the duplicator and duplicatee.
- STEP and SHOVE were correct but needed cleaning up as well.
